Opis
- Lead provider clinical operations work across health services client engagements
- Oversee plans, schedules, and staffing for clinical modernization projects
- Assess existing operations with teams and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Recommend operational redesigns, workflow improvements, and stronger service delivery models
- Use performance measures, operational findings, and service data to guide decisions
- Coordinate change efforts and help clients adopt new processes, tools, and practices
- Develop client relationships and lead discussions with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Mentor team members and review their work across multiple project areas
- Use digital tools, AI skills, and analytical methods to improve delivery and outcomes
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least six years of professional experience
- Preference for study in accounting, actuarial science, analytics or data science, business administration or management, computer science or information systems, economics, engineering, finance, government or public policy, health administration or public health, mathematics or statistics, operations or supply chain, organizational management or behavior, or risk management or insurance
- Experience managing clinical operations improvement projects in health services
- Experience leading provider workflow redesign and service delivery model changes
- Experience analyzing performance measures to inform operational decisions
- Experience applying change management to modernization projects
- Experience coaching teams on process improvement and quality reviews
- Experience with data analytics, AI, and digital tools
- Ability to travel up to 80%
