Opis

Provide technical guidance on complex project design, implementation, integration, cost estimates, standards, and support.
Lead daily data platform operations and team delivery of functional enhancements.
Operate Snowflake, Qlik, and Boomi platforms and maintain their availability.
Identify efficiency improvements and streamline team processes and technology.
Prioritize service requests with the manager and coordinate self-directed work assignments.
Provide technical support, manage project schedules and tasks, and deliver work on time.
Guide database engineers, administrators, and application support teams through project design, development, testing, and implementation.
Make independent decisions about design, development, timelines, and implementation.
Support projects throughout the SDLC and help ensure successful delivery.
Provide database and integration support for major applications.
Design database architecture and integrations for existing applications and systems.
Assess applications for performance and automation opportunities.
Set development and implementation processes across the IT organization.
Coordinate teams using Scrum, Agile, and DevOps methods.
Research industry developments and recommend technologies.
Prepare technical estimates for small and medium-sized projects.
Serve as a senior technical resource across projects, guiding software component design, deliverables, and integrations.
Share technical expertise and train and mentor colleagues.
Give management accurate, timely project status reports.
Carry out other assigned duties.

Zahteve

High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Snowflake.
SnowPro certification preferred.
Qlik and Boomi experience preferred.
High proficiency with database platforms.
High proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
High proficiency with data integration services.
High proficiency with Agile and Scrum.
High proficiency with IT service management.
High proficiency with analytical platforms.
High proficiency with data management best practices.
Meet regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA requirements applicable to the role.
