Opis

  • Manage daily work on revenue cycle analytics projects.
  • Apply technical and interpersonal skills to support internal and external clients.
  • Use Kodiak’s technology and data to deliver quality analysis and process improvements for clients’ revenue cycles.
  • Collaborate with client managers at every level.
  • Maintain accurate, useful data quality throughout engagements.
  • Present data findings through slide decks and dashboards that surface key insights.
  • Work with stakeholders to review existing processes and create better workflows.
  • Advance automation efforts that reduce manual work.

Zahteve

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or science is required; an MBA, MHA, or MPH is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills, including compiling, querying, validating, analyzing, and optimizing large, complex datasets with advanced methods such as joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
  • Substantial experience with data visualization tools; Sigma or Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with healthcare finance or revenue cycle data.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to turn data findings into slide decks and dashboards that communicate key insights.
  • At least two years of professional services or consulting experience.
  • Strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining complex technical concepts and business impact to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and time management, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to assess processes and design workflows that improve operations.
  • Willingness to investigate existing processes, understand end-to-end workflows, and lead automation that reduces manual work.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and with internal teams and customers.
  • Experience in systems analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation is preferred.
