Opis

  • Complete health and safety training.
  • Study FieldCore turbine and generator products with guidance from experienced field supervisors, engineers, and TFAs.
  • Support engineering projects of varied sizes and scopes under direct supervision.
  • Build proficiency with FieldCore web applications.
  • Learn core technical skills and carry out site work with direct instruction and supervision.
  • Learn project management, scheduling, resource planning, and cost control to assist the field team during major overhauls.
  • Help the SM and field engineers plan jobs, expedite shop repairs, and coordinate critical parts orders.
  • Support the Service Manager with research and process-simplification projects.
  • Communicate with and provide support to the FieldCore team remotely and at job sites.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Handle incoming customer calls.
  • Arrange urgent purchasing and shipping for overhaul work.
  • Coordinate activities and logistics.
  • Carry out other duties in support of FieldCore’s vision and organizational values.

Zahteve

  • Currently studying an engineering discipline such as chemical, computer, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, software, or systems engineering.
  • Returning to classroom studies after the work term.
  • Strong communication, planning, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to environmental health and safety.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively with colleagues.
  • Creative thinker with strong, quick problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative approach.

  • Available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime when field assignments require it.
