Build and improve React and TypeScript experiences for Capgemini’s internal AI platform, Neo. Focus on accessibility, performance, reusable design systems, and API integration.

- Create and maintain web applications with React and TypeScript
- Deliver scalable, tested solutions that meet quality standards
- Work with product, design, and engineering colleagues to build intuitive, accessible user experiences
- Develop and support reusable interface components
- Help advance a scalable design system
- Improve front-end performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability
- Support quality with testing, code reviews, and observability practices
- Integrate APIs in partnership with back-end engineers
- Take part in technical decisions
- Refine development workflows, tools, and engineering practices
- Help develop Neo, Capgemini’s internal AI platform for employees
Zahteve
- At least three years building modern web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Strong front-end engineering skills and React expertise
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query
- Experience working in agile product teams
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience optimizing web performance
- Strong communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Knowledge of or experience with the role’s technology stack, including React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Storybook, Express.js, Firestore, Python, and Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Figma and close collaboration with designers is an advantage
- Experience creating or maintaining design systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage
- Experience with analytics and experimentation tools is an advantage
- Exposure to AI-powered products or SaaS environments is an advantage
