Founder's Associate (Remote, Worldwide)
Partner with Headstart Collective’s founders on strategic initiatives, sales operations, recruiting, and content. This full-time role is open to candidates worldwide and is fully remote.
Opis
- Work closely with the founders on day-to-day priorities.
- Turn strategic ideas into concrete projects and results.
- Take on high-impact tasks in support of the founders.
- Own internal projects from initial planning to delivery.
- Improve sales and marketing operations, including HubSpot, webinar workflows, and reporting.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and help move them forward.
- Create pitches, tender submissions, and audits.
- Contribute to hiring and team growth.
- Develop and produce content for LinkedIn, webinars, and podcasts.
- Coordinate content production across channels.
Zahteve
- Bring an entrepreneurial outlook and a willingness to take practical action.
- Use sound judgment to prioritize work according to the 80/20 principle.
- Anticipate what needs attention next and identify emerging priorities.
- Work in a structured way under pressure and stay committed to ongoing development.
- Pay close attention to details while keeping the broader goals in view.
- Have strong project management capabilities.
- Speak polished, fluent German and good English; Swiss German is an advantage.
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new ones.
- Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, or automation is beneficial.
- Background in an agency, startup, or consulting firm is a plus.
