Opis

  • Manage accounting, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and tax obligations
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, payments, and administrative documentation
  • Implement financial and administrative controls to ensure project cost traceability
  • Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial reports
  • Analyze project and construction costs, variances, and profitability
  • Coordinate financial information with technical teams, site managers, and suppliers
  • Gradually contribute to financial planning, investment analysis, and management indicator development
  • Initially manage accounting and administrative activities, progressing toward financial control, planning, and economic analysis responsibilities

Zahteve

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Three to six years of experience in accounting, financial control, or financial administration
  • Knowledge of Spanish financial and management accounting
  • Understanding of the Spanish General Accounting Plan, VAT, withholding taxes, and tax obligations
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accounting close, reporting, and document management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • B2-level English
  • Experience in construction, industrial or production environments, or project management is valued
  • Interest in applying automation and artificial intelligence tools to financial processes is valued
