Opis

  • Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Track financial indicators, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs to support strong performance.
  • Find cost savings, improve operational efficiency, and manage expenses effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Work with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other teams to provide financial insight and support business goals.
  • Deliver accurate, timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Improve finance processes, reinforce controls, and make reporting more accurate and efficient.
  • Guide and develop the Finance team, building accountability and strong performance.
  • Advise plant and regional leaders on financial decisions that support long-term growth and profitability.
