Opis
- Manage and develop finance managers and financial planning specialists
- Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities
- Work with executive leaders to inform strategic decisions through financial analysis
- Assess financial results, market conditions, and business metrics to uncover risks and opportunities
- Create and present executive reports, financial updates, and performance briefings
- Design and execute financial strategies aligned with near-term and long-term goals
- Oversee financial modelling for scenarios, investments, and strategic programs
- Maintain adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory obligations
- Advance process enhancements and finance transformation programs
- Evaluate performance across business areas and recommend ways to improve profitability and operational results
- Contribute financial support to mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
- Substantial experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance leadership
- Track record of managing leaders and building high-performing finance teams
- Experience advising executive stakeholders and shaping strategic business decisions
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience in a complex multinational organization is preferred
- A professional finance credential such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification is advantageous
- Complete interviews without AI tools or external prompts
- Able to attend in-person interviews and appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office when required
