Coordinate reporting, data quality, and software validation for Resource Innovations’ energy-efficiency programs in Puerto Rico.
Opis
- Gather, validate, and reconcile large datasets from multiple systems and source files.
- Build recurring and one-off reports and dashboards to support program operations.
- Track performance and spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve.
- Help test software, system updates, data integrations, and reporting features.
- Work with software and program teams to investigate issues and share findings.
- Contribute to improvements in data, reporting, and system capabilities.
- Maintain data accuracy and quality while meeting regulatory and program standards.
- Flag and escalate discrepancies and other issues when needed.
- Document data practices and workflows, keeping records current.
- Explain requirements and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle other assigned duties.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least one year of experience with data, reporting, data management, or a related technical area, including work with large datasets.
- Experience using data systems, reporting tools, databases, or similar technology.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
- Careful, accurate work habits and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Interest in sustainability and a desire to contribute to environmental impact.
- SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or comparable tool proficiency is a plus.
- Software testing, data validation, reconciliation, or technical support experience is preferred.
- Experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or related program settings is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting and manage competing priorities is preferred.
- Experience finding ways to improve data, reporting, or business processes is preferred.
- Must pass a comprehensive background and reference check.
- A pre-employment drug screen may be required, depending on the position.
