Create VFX and generative AI visuals for Walmart Creative, while building scalable design systems and production workflows for high-volume campaigns.
Opis
- Create visual assets for product, lifestyle, social, web, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Use advanced composition, lighting, typography, layout, and visual communication to deliver polished, production-ready work.
- Oversee the architecture of production-ready generative AI workflows.
- Develop prompt strategies, LoRA frameworks, reference libraries, and control methods to maintain consistency across campaigns.
- Turn creative briefs into scalable design systems and generative pipeline components.
- Build workflows that support high-volume production while preserving quality and brand alignment.
- Work with creative directors, art directors, and post-production artists to take campaigns from brief to final delivery.
Zahteve
- Bring at least five years of design experience in a commercial post-production facility, VFX studio, advertising agency, or in-house creative studio.
- Provide a portfolio that demonstrates strong design craft and AI-assisted content production.
- Have a strong foundation in layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma at an advanced level.
- Be skilled in image compositing, multi-layer asset manipulation, and retouching.
- Have hands-on experience with generative AI tools, ideally Weavy AI.
- Have experience with image-generation workflows, prompt engineering, and reference-based generation.
- Have experience working in post-production or VFX.
- Understand assets, renders, passes, and compositing workflows.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field, plus one year of experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or a related field; alternatively, have three years of experience in one of those fields.
