Zahteve
- At least three years of construction litigation experience
- Strong litigation, legal writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills
- Strong academic record
- Demonstrated legal research ability
- Able to manage assignments with limited supervision
- Experience drafting and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience leading written discovery
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
