Represent clients in civil defense matters across a range of practice areas at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. The role includes litigation research and writing, client contact, and appearances in court and depositions from the Tulsa office.
Opis
- Manage civil defense cases in assigned practice areas.
- Research legal issues and draft litigation documents.
- Develop persuasive arguments for written submissions and oral presentations.
- Complete assignments with limited supervision.
- Engage with clients on case matters.
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative setting.

Zahteve
- Bring at least three years of experience; attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
- Have civil defense litigation experience in areas such as employment, complex commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, or general liability.
- Demonstrate strong litigation, legal writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Have a strong academic record.
- Show proven legal research ability.
- Be able to manage assignments with limited supervision.
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Hold an active license and admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
