Opis

  • Analyze financial statements, cash flow, profit and loss, and budget variances
  • Forecast future performance
  • Find opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue
  • Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
  • Perform variance analysis and interpret data using company statistical software
  • Assess financial systems, procedures, and controls, and recommend improvements
  • Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Work with operations, HR, IT, and other teams to align financial data with business needs
  • Support financial planning and performance analysis across mid and northern Michigan service areas
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
  • Understanding of accounting, finance, and operational processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn and adapt to industry-specific software
  • Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Entry-level to mid-level experience
  • Valid authorization to work in the country where the role is based
