Modernize Adecco Colombia’s geospatial applications by migrating Angular 11 to 18 and integrating GeoServer, PostgREST, and backend APIs. The role also covers frontend security and functional and integration testing.
Opis
- Migrate Angular 11 incrementally to Angular 18, addressing compatibility changes and updating dependencies.
- Gradually remove jQuery and replace its features with native Angular solutions.
- Modernize the frontend architecture with Standalone Components and control flow syntax (@if, @for), and assess Signals.
- Adapt the geospatial viewer to the GeoServer update.
- Verify compatibility of WMS/WFS layers, endpoints, and EPSG coordinate reference systems.
- Maintain and update PostgREST service integrations, including filters, RPC procedures, and JWT authentication.
- Implement secure authentication and token management using HTTP Interceptors.
- Develop and run functional and integration tests.
- Coordinate technical dependencies, issue resolution, and production releases with the backend team.
Zahteve
- At least three years of professional experience with Angular 14 or later, including demonstrated experience migrating between major Angular versions.
- Practical knowledge of modern Angular, including Standalone Components, Signals, and control flow syntax (@if, @for).
- Experience removing jQuery and migrating legacy features to native Angular implementations.
- Experience with HTTP Interceptors, JWT authentication, and frontend security, including XSS prevention.
- Experience integrating geospatial services with GeoServer and WMS/WFS protocols, including GetMap, GetFeature, and GetCapabilities operations.
- Experience with interactive mapping libraries such as Leaflet or OpenLayers.
- Experience consuming REST/PostgREST APIs, including filters, RPC endpoints, and authentication.
- Strong TypeScript skills and familiarity with Node.js, npm, and Git.
- University or technical degree studies.
- Availability for weekday office hours, Monday through Friday.
- Three to four years of professional experience.
