Accounts Receivable Officer

Support Zespri’s global finance network by managing payments, customer accounts, reconciliations and collections. The role combines day-to-day accounts receivable work with month-end support and process improvement.

ERP

Opis

  • Process incoming payments and allocate receipts accurately.
  • Manage customer rebates and credit notes.
  • Assist with collections and monitor credit exposure.
  • Prepare reconciliations, reports and journal entries.
  • Review customer master data and accounts receivable records.
  • Contribute to month-end activities and ongoing process improvements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Connect customers, internal teams and Finance colleagues across Zespri’s global network.

Zahteve

  • Experience in accounts receivable, finance administration or accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach and focus on continuous improvement.
