Descriere
- Contribute to every stage of Workday deployments, from project planning through production support
- Take on responsibilities as an analyst, solution designer, implementer, tester, and trainer
- Build and apply knowledge of Workday configuration, security, business processes, testing, and reporting
- Strengthen consulting capabilities through structured training, hands-on work, and mentoring
- Develop expertise in one or more Workday areas: HCM, Financials, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, Data and Analytics, or Integrations
- Analyse complex challenges and optimise clients’ Workday configurations
- Support clients in improving operational efficiency and making better-informed decisions
