Vehicle Inventory Representative and Auditor – South Carolina Remote
Part-time vehicle inventory auditing role supporting CCC Intelligent Solutions’ insurance technology platform. Inspect dealership fleets and automotive repair facilities around Spartanburg, with more than 75% travel.
Descriere
- Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in line with OEM and manufacturer requirements
- Complete monthly dealership vehicle inventories by each assigned deadline
- Carry out visual inspections and record vehicle and audit details accurately
- Provide timely, accurate data for audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
- Work independently while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Visit automobile dealerships to document used-vehicle fleet VINs, equipment configurations, prices, and mileage
Cerințe
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access for data submission
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Self-directed approach with strong time-management abilities
- Residence within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned inventory route, with availability to travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audits
- Ability to use required tablet-based applications and systems
- Sufficient weekday daytime availability for recurring monthly inventories and scheduled audits
- Ability to complete a video interview
- Generative AI or automated assistance may not be used during interviews unless explicitly permitted
