Partner with Metaview’s teams on financial planning, pricing and go-to-market decisions as the AI recruiting company scales. Own operating models, performance dashboards, fundraising support and investor reporting.
Descriere
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Engagement and Product on pricing, packaging, sales capacity and quotas, unit economics, payback and go-to-market efficiency.
- Own the operating model, annual plan and forecasts.
- Monitor company results against plans and forecasts.
- Lead monthly board and investor reporting, covering financials and narrative.
- Create analytics and dashboards for leadership.
- Support fundraising and investor relations with financial models, materials, data room management and investor questions.
- Report to the Head of Finance.
- Develop strategic finance processes from the ground up.
Cerințe
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or strategic finance.
- Be able to create an operating model from scratch.
- Turn untidy data into clear insights and explain them plainly to founders or board members.
- Take ownership and deliver answers directly.
- Be interested in creating processes and playbooks.
- Be eager to use AI to make analysis faster and better.
- SQL or data tools experience, such as Hex, is an advantage.
- Experience with B2B SaaS metrics is an advantage.
