Descriere

  • Support digital reporting, e-invoicing, and e-reporting activities and implementations across multiple European countries
  • Track regulatory changes and reporting obligations under local and EU legislation
  • Assist new-country implementations through requirements analysis, data mapping, testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Validate, reconcile, and analyse reporting data to ensure complete and accurate submissions
  • Coordinate with Finance, Tax, IS teams, and external service providers
  • Deliver timely, accurate tax-authority submissions while supporting statutory and internal governance requirements
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, process issues, and reporting exceptions
  • Help improve, automate, and standardise reporting processes
  • Keep reporting documentation, controls, and training materials up to date
  • Provide support for audits and compliance reviews as needed
  • Develop effective working relationships with regional stakeholders and external partners

Cerințe

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in transactional finance, accounting, VAT, indirect tax, or a related finance function
  • Strong background in reconciliations, data validation, and financial reporting processes
  • Advanced Excel capability, including large datasets, pivot tables, and reporting analysis
  • Hands-on SAP experience with an understanding of finance data structures, tax codes, and data mapping
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in a multinational or international organisation is preferred
  • Experience with digital reporting, e-invoicing, e-reporting, SAF-T, VAT, or tax technology solutions is desirable
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Excel macros, RPA, or automation tools is desirable
  • Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and process improvement projects is desirable
  • Understanding of Peppol, XML reporting schemas, or comparable digital reporting frameworks is desirable
  • Legal authorisation to work in the country is required
