- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned leaders and teams
- Assess communication needs and opportunities, then provide strategic counsel
- Create and deliver integrated communication strategies and plans
- Turn complex organizational decisions, strategies, and initiatives into clear, compelling narratives
- Partner across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups to develop multilingual communications and experiences
- Create written content for email, digital channels, video, town halls, leadership communications, and other formats
- Apply AI and emerging communications technologies to research, ideation, planning, content development, and execution
- Evaluate communication effectiveness and use findings to inform future strategies
- Create communications that improve the employee experience and bring Compassion’s mission and brand to life
- Occasionally speak publicly, facilitate sessions, or provide training

Cerințe
- At least seven years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
- Experience working with leaders or internal clients to assess needs, advise on communications, and develop strategies and plans
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect communication needs with broader organizational goals
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities
- Experience creating and delivering communications across multiple channels and audiences
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools and exploring emerging technologies
- Ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on delivery
- Experience using measurement and audience insights to assess and improve communications
- Experience collaborating across functions, teams, or geographies
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred, but not required
