Descriere

  • Audit websites for crawling, rendering, indexing, architecture, performance, user experience, and organic-growth issues
  • Evaluate and improve information architecture, URL structures, internal links, redirects, structured data, sitemaps, robots.txt, and related technical SEO factors
  • Support website builds, redesigns, and migrations through analysis, recommendations, acceptance testing, and post-launch performance monitoring
  • Track technical and organic metrics, investigate performance drops, and monitor changes in algorithms, search engines, and technology
  • Create client-facing action plans and technical briefs for developers and other stakeholders
  • Implement or supervise enhancements across WordPress, other CMS platforms, codebases, and server environments
  • Verify technical implementations, analytics configurations, events, and conversions with GA4, DebugView, and other diagnostic tools
  • Assess competitors, domain authority, and backlink profiles to support link-building and organic-growth efforts
  • Contribute to conversion optimization, structured data, GEO, LLMO, artificial intelligence, and emerging search-experience initiatives
  • Coach content specialists and Junior SEO Specialists on title tags, meta descriptions, FAQs, and other on-page optimization work
  • Apply AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve efficiency while preserving validation and technical ownership of outcomes
  • Maintain standards, workflows, and best-practice documentation; share expertise and support the team’s technical growth

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in Technical SEO
  • Demonstrated experience performing SEO audits and managing SEO projects, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting
  • Experience managing multiple clients across different industries at the same time
  • Advanced understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and organic performance
  • Working knowledge of robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, status codes, structured data, and other technical SEO components
  • Experience optimizing JavaScript-driven websites for search
  • Experience handling migrations, redesigns, or major site-architecture changes
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs
  • Practical experience using PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools
  • Ability to interpret data and convert findings into diagnoses, priorities, and action plans
  • Ability to write briefs, direct development teams, and technically verify completed implementations
  • Experience delivering major migrations, traffic-recovery efforts, or organic-growth projects
  • Completed university degree
  • Preferred: knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Preferred: knowledge of SQL, Python, or another language for automation and data processing
  • Preferred: experience using the Google Search Console API, GA4 APIs, or SEO-tool APIs
  • Preferred: knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and monitoring platforms
  • Preferred: experience with WordPress, Shopify, VTEX, Magento, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
  • Preferred: understanding of web infrastructure, servers, CDNs, caching, and staging environments
  • Preferred: experience with log analysis and automated auditing
  • Preferred: experience working on large websites, portals, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, or sites with extensive URL volumes
  • Preferred: knowledge of Local SEO, international SEO, hreflang, and multilingual websites
  • Preferred: experience applying CRO and A/B testing to organic traffic
  • Preferred: knowledge of digital accessibility
  • Preferred: knowledge of AI, GEO, and LLMO for search and website optimization
  • Preferred: certifications in SEO, data, analytics, or relevant industry tools
  • Five to ten years of professional experience
