- Translate company goals into actionable milestones for engineering teams
- Manage schedules across the silicon lifecycle, from architecture and RTL through verification, tapeout, packaging, and post-silicon validation
- Coordinate engineering teams across Mountain View, New York, London, Zurich, and Copenhagen
- Build metrics and dashboards to make progress visible and track delivery
- Identify and address risks to timelines and quality
- Turn complex technical status, trade-offs, and risks into clear executive updates
- Resolve cross-team issues to keep projects on schedule
Cerințe
- Bring at least 10 years of semiconductor development experience, including 3 or more years leading programs or technical programs for complex ASIC or SoC architectures
- Communicate effectively, manage stakeholders well, and influence without formal authority
- Have worked in organizations with complex hardware and software integration
- Demonstrate success managing engineering teams distributed across countries
- Use program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear proficiently
- Understand the full silicon lifecycle, from architecture and RTL development through verification, tapeout, bring-up, and post-silicon validation
- Find creative solutions to difficult problems
- Know chiplet architectures and 3D packaging
- Be familiar with heterogeneous systems for AI inference
- Have experience with external silicon foundries, Tier II suppliers, and OSAT vendors
- Have experience at a silicon startup
