Descriere

  • Lead the software development team of approximately 4–6 people, providing technical and organizational direction.
  • Plan schedules and allocate resources in close coordination with Sales.
  • Improve workflows and development processes across the full delivery chain.
  • Promote a service-oriented approach within the team.
  • Advise Sales on expanding capabilities and strengthening customer and business acquisition.
  • Build a collaborative team that works effectively and efficiently.
  • Support, motivate, and develop team members in partnership with HR.
  • Create software solutions for a range of industries with C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Build user interface features and backend REST APIs.
  • Shape software concepts and write user stories.
  • Work with key users at customer organizations.
  • Help project managers with requirements engineering.
  • Perform developer testing and review code.
  • Maintain clear, well-structured source code documentation.

Cerințe

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification.
  • Have excellent programming skills in C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Bring strong analytical skills.
  • Have proven experience managing employees.
  • Communicate openly and clearly, present yourself confidently, and enjoy teamwork.
