Descriere

  • Lead enterprise customers through solution implementation and adoption.
  • Assess and clarify customer needs.
  • Design compute infrastructure for private and public cloud environments.
  • Recommend suitable configurations and plan their deployment.
  • Validate deployments and strengthen operational strategies.
  • Promote broader user adoption.
  • Advise customers throughout delivery.
  • Build roadmaps for implementation and adoption.
  • Direct technical project teams and own delivery outcomes.
  • Lead implementation and adoption of Omnissa Horizon solutions.
  • Explain solution architectures in terms that connect technical and business needs.
  • Present transformation roadmaps to project stakeholders.
  • Set clear customer expectations and coordinate with project managers on practical plans and schedules.
  • Bring customer technical, administrative, business, and executive groups together.
  • Improve delivery practices and track end-user computing trends to inform go-to-market plans and service development.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Technical, consulting, business, and leadership capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Omnissa Horizon platform.
  • Familiarity with related technologies, including Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware vSphere, Nutanix, Epic, Okta, and Entra ID.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and Omnissa colleagues on post-sales Omnissa Horizon implementations.
  • This position is not eligible for Omnissa employment-based immigration sponsorship.
