Senior Product Designer in Spain (Hybrid)
Lead product design for B2Spin’s multi-brand social casino portfolio, with a focus on design systems, AI-enabled workflows, and motion tooling. Build scalable gamification experiences across brands.
Descriere
- Develop a gamification design system with primitives, patterns, and templates for mini-games, offers, bundles, loyalty, and progression mechanics across multiple brands.
- Create systems that other designers and agents can use independently.
- Identify slow or duplicated design work and develop AI workflows and tools to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Set and maintain the quality standard for all work delivered by the design function.
- Design, prototype, and document animation using detailed curves, states, and specifications ready for engineering.
- Embed motion specifications in primitives so timing and interaction feel remain consistent through brand reskins.
- Promote adoption of new team processes and tools.
- Lead complex product design from initial brief through implementation.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to the product decisions that determine what ships.
Cerințe
- Deep experience with design systems, including componentization, tokens, multi-brand theming, and versioning at meaningful scale.
- Practical AI fluency, including building pipelines and tools that measurably improve output.
- Experience owning gamification, rewards, loyalty, or progression mechanics.
- Understanding of the metrics underlying gamification, rewards, loyalty, or progression mechanics.
- A track record of changing team practices and achieving demonstrable adoption.
- Strong motion-design skills, including creating, prototyping, and specifying animation in Figma.
- Sufficient coding literacy to read front-end code and build or vibecode production tooling.
- Based in Gibraltar or Spain, or actively relocating.
- Multi-brand or white-label product experience is a plus.
- Experience in live-ops-intensive environments is a plus.
- Rive experience is a plus.
