- Guide complex clinical design projects from discovery to delivery
- Turn user needs, clinical requirements and technical constraints into intuitive, accessible designs
- Partner with Clinical Safety specialists to assess risks and develop safeguards
- Divide complex challenges into manageable, valuable steps
- Apply AI-assisted tools to research, exploration, prototyping and iteration
- Find ways AI and automation can improve clinical workflows
- Produce Figma designs, functional prototypes and AI-assisted development experiments
- Bring Product, Engineering and Clinical Safety teams together to collaborate
- Interview healthcare professionals, visit field settings and run usability tests
- Design experiences for clinical decisions, care documentation and complex workflows
- Contribute to improving the design team’s working practices
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience designing clinical systems or other high-risk software
- Experience partnering with safety, risk or regulatory specialists
- Strong skills in UX, interaction and visual design
- A portfolio showing complex workflows, accessible interfaces and products delivered to users
- Ability to weigh ambitious ideas against risks and trade-offs while keeping solutions simple
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools in research, exploration, prototyping or delivery
- Experience conducting user research and using evidence to guide design decisions
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and help teams reach shared decisions
- Confidence leading work independently, owning outcomes and responding constructively to feedback
- Preferred: experience designing EHRs, EMRs, clinical decision-support systems or AI-powered healthcare products
- Preferred: experience designing AI-powered workflows, automation or intelligent decision-support experiences
- Preferred: first-hand experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
