Senior Process Engineer, Operational Excellence
Lead Lean transformation and operational excellence across Honeywell’s global PT-Sundyne manufacturing network. Improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost performance.
Descriere
- Set and deliver the PT-Sundyne Operational Excellence strategy across manufacturing sites.
- Use Lean and continuous improvement methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost.
- Work with site leaders to standardize operations and strengthen management systems.
- Lead value stream assessments, Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Find system-wide improvement opportunities and guide cross-functional teams in applying scalable solutions.
- Use data and performance measures to prioritize work, track progress, and maintain accountability.
- Promote root cause analysis and disciplined execution across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and support teams.
- Develop leaders, managers, and site teams in operational excellence, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.
- Spread effective practices across the global manufacturing network and replicate successful improvements.
- Build a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous learning.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business, or a related technical field.
- At least eight years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, or operational excellence.
- A record of leading Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma methods.
- Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide business decisions and operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Willingness to travel to PT-Sundyne manufacturing sites as business needs require.
- Experience leading multi-site operational excellence transformations.
- Understanding of manufacturing operating systems and production management practices.
- Experience in engineered products, industrial equipment, aerospace, energy, or another complex manufacturing environment.
- Ability to link operational improvements to broader business objectives.
- Ability to balance governance, standardization, and process discipline with practical execution.
