- Help shape the product roadmap and define personal development goals
- Partner with the team to launch features and improve them using results and feedback
- Lead projects from initial concept through customer release and ongoing operations
- Contribute to open-source initiatives outside the team’s immediate scope
- Design, develop, operate, and maintain Grafana’s mobile application
- Take ownership of application reliability, performance, and availability
- Join on-call rotations and manage the application in production
- Mentor colleagues and provide ongoing team support
- Engage in design reviews and collaborative technical discussions
- Build knowledge of Grafana Cloud, its customers, and a large distributed-system codebase
Cerințe
- Experience developing for at least one native mobile platform, Android or iOS
- Proven experience delivering production Flutter applications, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and maintainable architecture
- Experience carrying mobile features from initial concept through requirements clarification, solution exploration, development, testing, CI/CD, and App Store and Google Play releases
- Experience connecting mobile applications to backend APIs and cloud services
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, high-performance code
- Self-directed approach with a strong bias toward action
- Customer-oriented product mindset
- Ability to design intuitive products that address customer needs
- Ability to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, use data and feedback, and iterate
