- Plan and deliver marketing programs that advance growth, pipeline, brand, and commercial goals.
- Find growth opportunities and propose strategic, creative, and data-informed initiatives.
- Turn business priorities into marketing plans with measurable objectives and outcomes.
- Lead campaigns from initial strategy through delivery, measurement, and refinement.
- Improve results across the website, email, social media, paid media, and other channels.
- Set demand generation strategy to attract and convert qualified leads and expand top-of-funnel activity.
- Create campaigns that build awareness and engagement and generate Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Work with Sales and Legal Engineering to connect marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Create and edit customer-facing content for the website, blog, email, social media, advertising, and sales materials.
- Explain complex product, AI, and legal technology topics clearly to law firm audiences.
- Define Newcode’s market position, messaging, brand voice, and visual identity.
- Manage website content and messaging, landing pages, SEO, email automation, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Plan and run marketing for conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and field initiatives.
- Measure event results and return on investment.
- Set, track, and report marketing KPIs, sharing useful findings with leadership.
- Build a cycle of testing, learning, and ongoing marketing improvements.
Cerințe
- At least five years of marketing experience, preferably at an AI or technology startup.
- At least five years of experience in AI or legal technology.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the applicable country without employer sponsorship.
