Descriere

  • Create and refine high-performing static ads, carousels, and visual assets for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels
  • Manage creative projects from initial brief through final delivery for multiple ecommerce brands
  • Deliver polished, pixel-perfect assets that reflect each brand’s identity, voice, positioning, and commercial goals
  • Design static advertisements, carousels, product imagery, landing page graphics, and light motion content
  • Resize and adapt creative for platform-specific formats to support engagement, conversions, and performance
  • Use AI tools for ideation, concept development, image creation, retouching, and generating creative variations
  • Develop varied concepts for testing and refine successful ideas using performance insights and feedback
  • Work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, video editors, and content creators
  • Monitor design trends, emerging AI capabilities, and new creative opportunities
  • Coordinate several projects at once while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Report to the Head of Creative Strategy
  • Help Launch With Us, a UK agency focused on ecommerce brands, scale client businesses profitably through performance creative

Cerințe

  • At least four years of graphic design experience, preferably creating performance-focused work in ecommerce, DTC, or agency settings
  • A strong portfolio that showcases excellent design quality and craftsmanship
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or other motion design tools is advantageous
  • Practical experience incorporating AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney, or ChatGPT into design work
  • Thorough knowledge of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and paid social advertising
  • A demonstrated ability to produce designs that increase engagement, conversions, and revenue
  • Advanced command of typography, layout, colour theory, photo retouching, and brand systems
  • A strong grasp of performance marketing principles and creative testing approaches
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility for both successful and unsuccessful outcomes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards
  • An entrepreneurial, adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused approach
  • Curiosity about and readiness to adopt new tools and technologies, especially AI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
