Descriere

Develop robust, scalable, reusable Go code to meet product requirements.
Write unit tests and partner with QA to maintain code quality.
Review code and help teammates resolve technical challenges.
Investigate and resolve issues as they arise.
Contribute to discussions about requirements and implementation.
Maintain reliable product operations with monitoring, alerts, and metrics.
Build applications for isolated infrastructure and follow security standards.
Develop backend systems and tackle complex fintech algorithm problems.
Explain technical direction and product goals clearly to the team.
Encourage knowledge sharing across the team.

Cerințe

At least 3 years using Go as a primary language and 5 years of overall software development experience.
Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka, NSQ, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
Comfort working with Docker and Kubernetes.
A solid grasp of CI/CD, including tools such as ArgoCD and GitLab.
Experience with MySQL or a comparable database.
Knowledge of engineering practices such as unit testing, code review, and design documentation.
Experience working with Scrum.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Opsgenie.
Ability to evaluate technical skills and knowledge through code reviews and peer assessments.
Experience training and onboarding engineers.
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry.
Willingness to participate in interviews.
