Descriere

  • Lead software initiatives from discovery and prototyping through delivery and production monitoring.
  • Develop the Redis console and shared platform, including its shell, component library, theming, and module contracts.
  • Create agent-focused interfaces for Redis, including MCP servers, command-line tools, and agent skills.
  • Track product usage and adoption to help set priorities.
  • Strengthen agent-assisted development with quality gates, continuous integration, evaluation harnesses, and review practices.
  • Work with backend, platform, and product teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

Cerințe

  • At least six years of experience building and shipping production software.
  • Experience owning the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, releases, and production monitoring.
  • A record of leading initiatives to completion and aligning a team around clear solutions.
  • A product mindset centered on adoption and user value.
  • Regular hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Comfort working with TypeScript, Rust, Python, and Go.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and domains quickly.
  • Ability to manage several initiatives in parallel.
  • Clear communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
