Descriere

  • Build scalable backend services, distributed systems, and APIs for the AgentControl product.
  • Develop the customer-facing web application and systems that run AI evaluations at scale.
  • Use Go, Python, and TypeScript, with AWS, CockroachDB, Datadog, DeepEval, and FastAPI.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges and improve generative AI workflows.
  • Stay current with developments in AI and software engineering practices.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Lead architecture and design discussions and weigh technical trade-offs.
  • Own production code, join on-call rotations, and strengthen reliability and maintainability.
  • Help teammates through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentoring.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least seven years of professional software engineering experience, including delivery of production-quality full-stack features.
  • Understand prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, or deploying AI services in production.
  • Have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Write production-ready code with a focus on quality and maintainability.
  • Have experience with distributed systems or data ingestion.
  • Have strong computer science fundamentals.
  • Be committed to clear communication and collaboration.
  • Be comfortable addressing ambiguity in a rapidly changing field and staying current with AI advances.
  • Show ownership and accountability for delivering meaningful solutions.
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to define features in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Hands-on experience building generative AI features or agents, or working with large language models, is a bonus.
  • Have experience with Go, Python, TypeScript, AWS, CockroachDB, Datadog, DeepEval, and FastAPI.
  • Be located in the United States.
