Build and evolve React and Electron applications for Weave’s healthcare-practice operating system. Lead frontend architecture, production delivery, performance improvements, and technical mentorship.

Descriere

  • Own the technical delivery of small to medium initiatives from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and production release.
  • Turn product objectives into scalable frontend architecture and implementation decisions.
  • Develop React and Electron applications, shared libraries, platform capabilities, and system designs.
  • Surface risks, test assumptions, and reduce delivery and technical uncertainty early.
  • Address technical debt while strengthening test coverage, code quality, and application performance.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Backend engineering on trade-offs, API contracts, performance, reliability, and security.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting production systems.
  • Support observability practices, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
  • Help other engineers grow through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Connect technical choices to business objectives and customer outcomes.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience building modern web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • At least three years of experience with React or another modern frontend framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead production feature delivery from planning through release.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience consuming and helping shape RESTful APIs.
  • Comfort debugging complex issues in production environments.
  • Experience creating automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Electron application development or maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Advanced command of idiomatic TypeScript.
  • Experience with Storybook, Sentry, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable tools.
  • Experience benchmarking and tuning application performance.
  • Understanding of frontend systems deployed, monitored, and operated in production.
  • Experience developing secure payment or form-intensive workflows, including PCI-sensitive interfaces and hosted payment iframes such as Stripe.
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering concepts.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Applicants must provide their current U.S. work authorization status.
