Lead multi-site deployments and customer adoption of ANYbotics’ autonomous inspection robots. Own field operations, customer training, robotics integration, and collaboration across technical and operational teams.

- Lead complex, multi-site customer programs from onboarding through operational autonomy
- Oversee deployments, timelines, and delivery of measurable customer value
- Act as the main liaison for customer executives and operations leaders
- Advance user adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management
- Coordinate field technicians and internal specialists while setting priorities, allocating resources, and resolving site issues
- Advise industrial clients on integrating robotics into their operational workflows
- Connect customer challenges with the appropriate technical teams
- Deliver training and enablement for robot operators and plant management
- Convert field learnings into actionable requirements for Product and R&D
- Partner with R&D to improve and evolve robotics solutions
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role, preferably involving robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with executive and operational audiences
- Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear, business-oriented outcomes
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build adoption in industrial settings
- Ability to coordinate teams, manage site priorities, and sustain project continuity in high-pressure international environments
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 60% of the role
- Comfort working directly at customer sites and facilities
- Collaborative, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach
- Experience deploying robots or other automation systems is a plus
- Experience using Linux and command-line tools is a plus
- Familiarity with network infrastructure is a plus
