Descriere

  • Lead infrastructure modernization and build Azure cloud solutions with Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot, from architecture through tested implementation.
  • Map existing environments and define target architectures with architects to support the modernization of healthcare portals.
  • Collect, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements with business and technology stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Create, tailor, and coordinate agents, skills, subagents, commands, and harnesses to speed application development and reduce delivery lead time.
  • Use software architecture and engineering practices such as microservices, event-driven design, queues, CI/CD, TDD, and automation.
  • Convert functional requirements into practical, straightforward, and scalable technical solutions without unnecessary complexity.
  • Assess solutions, agents, and skills through evaluations, testing, and red-team exercises.
  • Work within Scrum and Kanban practices, documenting activities, tracking progress, and recommending continuous improvements.
  • Move on-premises infrastructure to Azure and migrate databases to RDS or other suitable data services.

Cerințe

  • Knowledge of Azure and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), including application architecture and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of modern architectures, including microservices, event-driven systems, queues, CI/CD, and TDD.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and similar documentation or collaboration tools.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical-thinking skills for assessing requests and turning them into effective solutions.
  • Experience with or familiarity with agentic SDLC practices and using AI to accelerate software development is advantageous.
