Senior Communications Lead – Australia (Remote)
Lead Beam’s communications and marketing strategy across Australia, strengthening AI brand awareness and sales pipeline. Own content, PR, demand generation, events, and customer storytelling.
Descriere
- Lead the strategy and delivery of Beam’s communications and marketing work across Australia
- Increase brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline in the Australian market
- Develop deep expertise in the target industry and serve as a trusted partner
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to uncover growth opportunities
- Engage regularly with customers to understand frontline operations and AI use cases
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing communications programs
- Develop customer stories for websites, videos, blogs, one-pagers, and social channels
- Oversee public relations, partner marketing, and influencer programs
- Equip Sales and Customer Success with presentations, outreach sequences, training, and account-based marketing materials
- Generate demand through paid and organic marketing channels
- Own events and field marketing, including conferences and customer dinners
- Produce webinars, podcasts, and other virtual events
- Create in-depth thought leadership such as ebooks and research reports
- Manage newsletters and other email communications
- Find and communicate high-value opportunities for compelling stories
- Develop influencer relationships with membership organizations and trade media
Cerințe
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience across a combination of social media, content marketing, public relations, events, email marketing, and demand generation
- Strong autonomy with clear ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to learn and work with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, and Customer.io
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Clear, concise, human writing adapted to different audiences
- Creativity and the ability to develop new marketing communications capabilities
- Visa sponsorship may be relevant for work in Australia, as addressed in the application form
