Senior Cloud Native Systems Engineer

Descriere
- Lead customer projects delivering tailored cluster, container, automation, and CI/CD solutions.
- Coordinate stakeholders across projects.
- Analyze and validate requirements in depth.
- Design and improve cluster solutions and container platforms.
- Carry out complex maintenance work and standardize its execution.
- Set documentation standards.
- Coach customers on technical topics and provide ongoing support.
- Handle escalations directly and improve technical workflows.
- Assess Professional Engineers and develop evaluation processes.
- Analyze customer needs and create suitable solutions.
- Reconcile stakeholder interests and manage risks.
Cerințe
- Bring 5–8 years of experience as a systems engineer in a cloud environment.
- Have advanced knowledge of containers and cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, OpenShift, SUSE Rancher, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Know infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu and Ansible.
- Know security tools and practices, including Vault or OpenBao and DevSecOps.
- Know CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
- Have German and English proficiency at C1 level.
- Be able to design segmented, multi-zone networks with access and routing controls.
- Be able to assess hardening for container platforms and services.
- Be able to troubleshoot system outages and design resilient architectures.
- Be able to establish secure pipelines across the DevOps lifecycle.
- Be able to present technical topics in German and English to new audiences.
