- Design and operate Microsoft Azure infrastructure, optimizing it for performance and reliability.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, covering identity lifecycle, groups, licensing, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, RBAC, and privileged access.
- Build and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Engineer Microsoft Intune services, including configuration and compliance policies, Windows Autopilot, application deployment, updates, security baselines, device enrollment, and endpoint automation.
- Develop and maintain Azure backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Keep recovery runbooks current and conduct periodic disaster recovery exercises against RTO and RPO targets.
- Administer and improve Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Create scripts and automation with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Intune Remediations, Power Automate, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Maintain Azure governance across resource organization, RBAC, Azure Policy, tagging, monitoring, security settings, and cost management.
- Act as the Tier 3 engineering escalation contact for complex Azure, identity, AVD, endpoint, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Direct root cause investigations and resolution of major technical incidents.
- Lead cloud and infrastructure projects from technical design through implementation, testing, documentation, and operational handoff.
- Support GxP, SOX, audit, and inspection readiness by maintaining technical controls, documentation, change records, qualification evidence, backup and recovery evidence, and configuration baselines.
- Keep architecture diagrams, technical standards, runbooks, and knowledge materials up to date.
- Track technical work and escalations in the company’s IT ticketing system.
- Provide technical guidance to managed service providers and technology partners.
- Report to the Senior Director of Information Technology Services and Security Management.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or related technical roles.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure technologies.
- Advanced practical expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Advanced expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Intune Remediations, and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, such as Bicep or Terraform.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles.
- Working knowledge of GxP, SOX, change control, disaster recovery, audit evidence, and technical documentation requirements.
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives, manage competing priorities, work with managed service providers and technology vendors, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and enterprise identity and endpoint management.
- Proven experience using PowerShell to automate administration of Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, or endpoint services.
- Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting highly available, resilient cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with IT ticketing and IT service management systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Substantial Microsoft 365 administration experience across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
