Senior Business Analyst – Discovery & Delivery | S-PRO (Switzerland Remote)
Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design for S-PRO’s AI and fintech software projects. Connect business needs with practical, testable engineering outcomes.
Descriere
- Own requirements across client projects
- Connect clients with product and engineering teams
- Lead client communication, discovery, and refinement sessions in English
- Shape, challenge, and clarify requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams on AI and fintech solutions
- Standardize project documentation into a consistent, testable structure
- Write concise specifications and developer acceptance criteria
- Convert unknowns into assigned questions and drive their resolution
- Support scope and ROM estimates with assumptions, dependencies, and confidence levels
- Use AI in analysis work and contribute to AI-enabled product development
- Review AI-generated outputs before delivery to clients or developers
- Follow department quality standards and decision gates
- Reduce unnecessary documentation while preserving testability
- Maintain testability while reducing unnecessary documentation
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients
- Deep fintech or banking expertise, including financial products, processes, integrations, and data flows
- Experience delivering projects that include AI within the product
- Daily use of AI tools for analysis, including a specific example of identifying an incorrect AI output
- Technical fluency for effective communication with developers and architects
- At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in custom software development
- At least two years serving as the sole analyst on a project
- Experience defining requirements for products built from scratch
- Experience entering active projects with documentation created by others
- English proficiency at B2 or higher; C1 preferred
- Strong discipline in producing written specifications with testable acceptance criteria
- Confident daily use of Jira and Confluence
- Ability to interpret designs in Figma
- Nice to have: pre-sales experience with scope definition, assumptions, ROM estimates, and proposal contributions
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare, logistics, or renewable energy
- Nice to have: experience using BPMN, UML, or ERD to establish agreement
- Nice to have: experience mentoring analysts or reviewing their specifications
