Senior Accounting Manager – Texas Remote

Lead GAAP reporting and accounting operations for Annie Aesthetic’s private equity-backed medical aesthetics and wellness platform. Own multi-entity close activities, acquisition accounting, and the continued development of scalable accounting infrastructure.

Descriere

  • Own monthly close activities across multiple legal entities and clinic locations
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for GAAP compliance
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
  • Maintain balance sheet and subledger accuracy across cash, receivables, revenue accounts, inventory, accruals, and intercompany activity
  • Apply and support revenue recognition policies under ASC 606
  • Oversee cost of services, cost of goods sold, and inventory accounting under ASC 330
  • Work with operations and systems teams to validate revenue, cost, inventory inputs, assumptions, and data flows
  • Develop technical accounting analyses for new services, pricing models, retail offerings, and operational changes
  • Support opening balance sheet validation and purchase accounting under ASC 805
  • Assist with valuation and accounting for acquired inventory, revenue-related balances, and associated accruals
  • Integrate acquired clinics into accounting systems, policies, and close procedures
  • Establish consistent accounting practices across acquired entities
  • Guide accounting team members and review their work
  • Serve as a technical and process escalation resource for complex accounting, close, and integration matters
  • Support accounting training, documentation, and disciplined execution
  • Promote ownership, transparency, and accountability across the function
  • Strengthen internal controls through review standards, documentation, and segregation of duties
  • Assist with external audits, lender reporting, and transaction-related requests
  • Increase close efficiency, reduce manual risk, and improve reporting quality
  • Collaborate on system implementations and process standardization, including NetSuite enhancements

Cerințe

  • Active CPA certification is required
  • At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting and reporting
  • Working familiarity with NetSuite
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements
