SAP DevOps Engineer, SAP BTP

Manage SAP BTP landscapes, provisioning, CI/CD, and production incidents. Support UltraCon’s cloud-based SAP Procurement platform alongside global engineering teams.

Descriere

  • Manage SAP landscapes and tenants, including provisioning.
  • Help onboard customers by configuring and setting up their environments.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, configuration, and environment issues.
  • Investigate technical incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Find and remove operational bottlenecks for engineering teams.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support deployment automation and release management.
  • Help operate the platform across the SAP Procurement ecosystem.
  • Identify and implement automation that improves operational efficiency.
  • Work with engineering teams in Brazil, India, and the United States.

Cerințe

  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
  • Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments.
  • Knowledge of provisioning, tenant setup, and SAP landscape management.
  • Hands-on experience with Git.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with deployment automation and source code management.
  • Prior software development experience and an interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical incidents.
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Availability to support teams during US business hours.
  • Advanced or fluent English; fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong professional communication skills for working with teams in Brazil, India, and the United States.
