Descriere
- Assess the existing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation end to end
- Diagnose bottlenecks across identity resolution, ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights
- Develop and implement optimization strategies
- Create scalable, enterprise-ready Data 360 architecture
- Align Sales Transformation and RCA Migration needs with Salesforce best practices
- Configure and tune batch and streaming ingestion connectors
- Build enterprise-source integrations with Data 360 using Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks
- Map DDS source streams to Data Model Objects through the Cloud Information Model and custom schemas
- Configure Data 360 as Agentforce’s core context and grounding layer
- Support real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Configure Data 360 directly, including DataWeave transformations, segments, calculated insights, and API integrations
Cerințe
- Extensive architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud
- Direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to provide Agentforce agents with reliable enterprise context
- Demonstrated ability to configure standard and custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy architectures
- Proficiency with Data Model Objects, Data Stream Objects, and identity resolution rulesets
- Hands-on knowledge of identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows
- Experience working with S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka
- Practical experience with DataWeave transformations, segment creation, calculated insights, and API integrations
