Remote UKG Pro Consultant (Contract)

Contract consultant supporting HRchitect clients with UKG Pro implementation and optimization across HR, payroll, and talent systems. Work includes configuration, testing, documentation, and client support.

Descriere

  • Lead or assist with implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support for UKG Pro solutions.
  • Run client discovery sessions to clarify business needs, existing processes, and intended outcomes.
  • Convert client requirements into UKG Pro configurations and recommendations.
  • Advise on UKG HR and Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Coaching and Development, and employee development workflows.
  • Create and maintain configuration workbooks, requirements records, testing materials, decision logs, and related project documents.
  • Help clients test systems, identify issues, and resolve them.
  • Provide knowledge-transfer sessions and train-the-trainer guidance.
  • Spot scope issues, risks, dependencies, and possible change requests, and raise them with project leadership.
  • Coordinate with project and implementation managers, integration teams, and other functional consultants.
  • Keep time records, project updates, and documentation accurate and current.
  • Handle work across multiple client engagements while meeting priorities, deadlines, and commitments.
  • Take part in client meetings and internal project discussions.
  • Assist with payroll unit tests, parallel testing, and validation.
  • Assess payroll test results, identify discrepancies, and help resolve them.
  • Take part in user acceptance testing for Payroll and HR modules.
  • Validate and reconcile data to help maintain payroll and HR data integrity.

Cerințe

  • Experience as a UKG Pro consultant.
  • Current UKG implementation certification in Talent, HR, and Payroll modules is preferred.
  • Consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Pro Core and how employee data supports Talent functionality is preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Pro reporting, security roles, business processes, notifications, and Talent-related integrations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting implementation, post-launch stabilization, or system optimization for clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with structured implementation methods and project governance is preferred.
  • Engagement is for an independent contractor.
  • Communicate promptly and meet agreed project deadlines.
  • Follow HRchitect delivery standards, documentation requirements, security practices, and client communication protocols.

Beneficii
