Descriere

  • Answer inbound calls and follow up with warm leads
  • Assess customers’ insurance needs
  • Recommend suitable insurance coverages, products, and benefits
  • Convert sales leads into policyholders
  • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand
  • Match customers with products tailored to their needs
  • Deliver quality products and customer service
  • Complete paid training and obtain an insurance license
  • Work assigned evening shifts for at least six months before being considered for another shift

Cerințe

  • At least two years of sales- or service-related work experience
  • Two to three years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospective and existing customers
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with computers
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire
  • Reside in one of the specified eligible states
  • Work four weekdays and one weekend day
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
