Descriere

  • Lead technical architecture and automation across Global Risk Operations domains.
  • Find manual bottlenecks and replace them with automated, self-service solutions that meet enterprise standards.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure to automate complex financial risk workflows across assigned regions.
  • Apply AI technologies to reduce manual steps and create scalable operating environments.
  • Turn raw data into strategic assets and deliver predictive insights through advanced analytics.
  • Develop and manage standardized Power BI and Tableau reporting environments, maintaining a single source of truth.
  • Design and deploy technical solutions that deliver measurable cost savings and reduce operational risk.
  • Analyze trends, identify emerging issues, and give management clear, data-backed guidance.
  • Track work items, volumes, and turnaround times across operational processes and reports.
  • Oversee departmental reporting, including KPIs, management dashboards, and scheduled or ad hoc requests.
  • Train team members on current applications and automation technologies.
  • Ensure automated reports and workflows meet regulatory and internal audit standards.
  • Administer reports and maintain version control.
  • Build self-service tools with robust error handling and audit trails.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, data analytics, or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in finance or risk operations.
  • Foundational knowledge of SOX or comparable regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn manual processes into automated, scalable workflows.
  • Proficiency with complex joins and ETL processes.
  • Intermediate Python skills, including Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Intermediate or higher SQL skills and Oracle database experience with large datasets.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, building RAG systems, or using LLM APIs.
  • SAS programming skills.
  • Experience interpreting contractual terms.
  • Knowledge of WEX systems and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, goal-setting, planning, and work-scheduling skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to identify and address discrepancies.
