Descriere

  • Build business intelligence solutions and contribute to data strategy.
  • Use subject matter expertise to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data analyses.
  • Build and maintain a web portal with React.
  • Apply analytics, algorithms, visualizations, and maps to improve health and human services programs.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts for Teradata data marts.
  • Run complex ad hoc queries and reports on claims, beneficiary, and provider data.
  • Discuss projects and document or recommend technical alternatives and requirements.
  • Take part in unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and maintain working relationships.
  • Gather business requirements and analyze program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Review peers’ work and provide technical support and guidance to the team.
  • Help plan and deliver projects, including presentations, risk and issue tracking, and status reports.
  • Present deliverables to teams and customers to secure approval and buy-in.
  • Work with database, data modeling, and systems teams to maintain Teradata and application server hardware and software, including patches, fixes, and upgrades.
  • Lead industry standards and best practices.

Cerințe

  • Bring more than five years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Tableau and Microsoft Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytics.
  • Bring more than five years of experience writing complex SQL scripts with Teradata, DB2, or Oracle Load Utilities, or developing stored procedures.
  • Have at least four years of experience with complex development in React, React.js, or ReactJS.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and conversation.
  • Be able to work directly with end clients.
  • Collaborate with teammates and mentor others.
  • Hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related area, such as information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, analytics, or business technology.
  • Bring more than two years of experience analyzing and delivering complex analytics using Medicaid claims and enrollment data.
  • Have at least two years of data warehouse project experience.
  • Bring more than two years of Tableau Server administration experience.
  • Have experience with SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Have development experience with Base SAS, SAS Analytics, or SAS Enterprise Guide.
  • Have experience in State Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare.
