Descriere

  • Oversee and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
  • Create, publish, and improve property listings, including photography, descriptions, and SEO
  • Apply dynamic pricing strategies to increase property revenue
  • Manage reservations and maintain guest relationships
  • Respond to guest inquiries, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
  • Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced property management
  • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions from their business activity

Cerințe

  • Persuasive communication skills and the ability to develop trusted relationships with property owners
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or another professional field is welcome
  • Strong motivation to develop the business
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
