- Oversee application design and development across projects of varying complexity, ensuring work meets approved business specifications, regulatory guidance, and company standards.
- Lead a small development team while contributing directly to delivery.
- Coordinate with key project stakeholders and keep communication clear.
- Work with business teams to shape designs and estimate requirements documents.
- Record system designs and program specifications in technical documentation.
- Develop code according to approved solution plans.
- Unit test code to check that programs perform as intended.
- Support quality, process, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work with vendors to investigate and resolve issues found during SIT and UAT.
- Follow company software development lifecycle standards.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Cerințe
- Degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with technical teams and end users at different levels.
- Solid knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical ability, including interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Ability to assess business processes and how they connect with company infrastructure.
